Screen printing is a method of printing in which ink is applied to a surface through a mesh stencil. The stencil blocks the ink from going to certain areas, creating the desired design. It's a popular technique used to print designs onto various materials such as fabric, paper, plastic, and more.
The cost of our services depends on various factors, including the type of garment you choose, such as short sleeve, long sleeve, polyester blends, cotton, soft style blends, and the number of colors printed on each side of the garment. To provide an accurate quote tailored to your specific needs, we recommend sending us a quote inquiry with as much detail as possible about your order. We will review your request and promptly provide you with a customized quote.
Screen printing can be applied to a wide range of materials, including but not limited to 100% cotton, 50/50 blends, 100% polyester, and triblends.
We require a minimum of 24 pieces per order/design due to the time and cost involved in setting up each job. Setting up a job can take longer than the actual printing process, as we need to register each screen/color and print multiple samples to ensure the final print is perfect. The 24 pieces can be a combination of styles, including short sleeve, long sleeve, hoodies, and various sizes. You may also include different colored garments, as long as the current setup does not affect the final print. For instance, if we are printing a black design, all light colors would work, but darker garments such as black or charcoal would require a completely different screen and setup.
Typically, our turnaround time is 7-10 business days from the approval of artwork through our CRM system.
Absolutely, you can provide your own artwork for screen printing. We accept popular file formats such as Adobe PDF, Adobe Illustrator, EPS, and PNG. Alternatively, you can provide us with a JPG file, and we will recreate and tidy up your artwork as necessary to ensure optimal print quality.

At present, we can only print a maximum of four colors on each side of the garment.
We don't provide a finished product before printing your order. However, we have an automated approval system in place for every order. You will receive a digital proof through our CRM system, and you will need to check everything is correct and approve it before we proceed with production. You will receive automatic updates on your order's progress from start to finish.
Screen printing and digital t-shirt printing are two popular methods of printing designs onto t-shirts.
Screen printing involves using a mesh stencil (or screen) to transfer ink onto the garment. The stencil is created for each color in the design, and the ink is applied layer by layer. This method is best suited for larger orders with fewer colors as it requires more setup time and is less cost-effective for smaller orders. However, screen printing is known for producing high-quality, durable prints with vibrant colors.
Digital t-shirt printing, also known as direct-to-garment printing (DTG), involves using a specialized printer to apply the ink directly onto the garment. It allows for greater detail and color range and is better suited for smaller orders with more colors or intricate designs. Unlike screen printing, DTG printing does not require any setup time, making it a faster option for smaller orders. However, it is generally less cost-effective for larger orders due to the higher ink costs. The print quality of DTG printing can also vary depending on the quality of the printer and the garment material.
Certainly, we can print up to four colors per side.
